Intensity Workout.

 Many times I go to the gym and notice a lot of guys doing exercises lasting too long most of them 3 hours or more I look at round when I start it to train they are there before me then I finish when I'm ready to go they are still doing weights its about quality no quantity.

When you compare a guy who runs long distance with a guy who is a sprinter isn't difficult to understand that the sprinter has his muscles more develop than a guy who runs a marathon look at this pic.


                                      


Well guys its the same result at the gym more time you're there less muscle you will develop anytime that we are decide to go at the Gym our natural testosterone is activated after 45 minutes it will decrease if you are a natural bodybuilder you must have a concern about it cause your wasting your time trying to build up your muscles training three hours at the gym basically only doing legs it could be take you more time is the largest muscle of your body but as soon as you recover your breath you must start back your next set 12 sets for quads it will be a good amount of set for that muscle biceps 9 sets is enough it doesnt make any sense to do more than that cause its a small muscle it doesnt need more sets actually when we're doing back we work the biceps as well.

When I go to at the Gym I got excited because of my body transformation every time I look at myself to a mirror then said I need to balance my body work hard the weak points to become with a better physique but as soon as a reach to at the gym I look at the watch over and over trying to finish as soon as possible no social behavior inside the gym if you wanna get fast result without using chemicals isnt  about rest between 45 seconds or 1 minute it's about give to your body an intensity workout but is a process to achieve that goal as I always say we suppose to enjoy your workout not the workout enjoy you as soon as I recover my breath I start it my next set.

Isn't about  to start to feel dizzy or lost your conscious  it's about stay focus if you want to build muscle you must think about the good form of doing the exercise and intensity I sacrifice a lot of doing heavy weights  because I need to train fast to get more muscle in my body I'm natural bodybuilder so I'll will stay I know if I train hard eat properly and take high quality supplements it's possible to build big  muscles.


How big a human being can build muscles I don't have the answer many people say that our body aren't designed with the enough amount of testosterone to build huge muscles like a pro bodybuilder we all have different genetic not all bodies have the same result even that they can get the same amount of food supplements and training routine  I will tray to find that answer by my own self.
